My story
Meet Roxy
Roxy is an incredibly sweet girl who had a bit of a rough start to her life. Despite that, she loves people and loves to play. She may be two years old, but this girl has the energy and attitude of a puppy. She's incredibly energetic and wants all of the attention (which we can't imagine anyone minding giving her - this girl gives some of the best puppy hugs you can imagine!). She has spent most of her life outside, so she'll need a bit of help adjusting to the spoiled life of an inside pup! She will need a family who is committed to helping her learn the important commands, like sit and stay, and would probably benefit from obedience training.
Details on Roxy:
Female
2 Years Old
Mixed Breed
38 lbs
Heartworm Negative
Roxy would do best in a home that has plenty of space for her to run around in and a family who is committed to her training. Roxy has also spent the majority of her life away from other dogs, so she can be picky (and a bit socially awkward) about who she's willing to play with. We ask that Roxy meet any potential future siblings before she heads to her furrever home, just to make sure that everyone is comfortable with each other. Will Roxy be your furrever best friend? Stop by the shelter to meet her today - or go ahead and put in your application now! Not ready to adopt yet? Share her post to help us find her perfect family!
